Always double and even triple check your IO’s prior to sending them over to the a client or publishing partner. Make sure that it includes the return policy, caps, payout, media accepted, and any special instructions particular to the campaign in question. Things can get very bumpy if an issue arises and all your protective verbiage is missing from the paperwork. Don’t forget to cross your T’s and dot your lower case j’s.  You’ll probably sleep better too.
